• Presbyopia correctional contact lenses (Bifocal and monovision lenses). These types of contact lenses are primarily used by older people or individuals with the inability to focus on certain objects. Presbyopia is a medical condition that would cause an individual to lose those close up visions; usually the elderly or older people are affected by such condition.

This medical condition is similar to having wrinkles and grey hair; it is a common symptom for aging people. Having these correctional lenses could fix a certain individual's eye condition. It can adjust and provide correction for distances. The monovision lenses are prescribed in two ways; a lens would be used for seeing distances while the other lens would be used for reading purposes. Such type of lenses would not work for everyone. The bifocal lens on the other hand would contain the reading and prescription in each lens which is very different from the monovision lens.
