• Follow a wearing schedule; contact lenses can't last and stay forever on your eyes and you have to remove them. Your eye doctor will advise on the appropriate wearing schedule for your contact lens. You are supposed to remove your contact lenses if you intend to sleep. You need to remove your contact lenses and clean them from time to time to maintain proper care for your eyes.
• It's imperative that you thoroughly wash your hands each time then dry them before you even think of inserting or removing your contact lenses on your eyes.
